Uh oh is right!
So, this morning I discovered that the drain no longer holds water in the tub. Ooops.
In the process of wrangling it off and on last night I have injured its sealing capacity. Damn!
Tonight I will take it out again and mess with the assembly to see if I can repair it. Otherwise I will have to buy a whole new assembly and replace it (very carefully this time).
I am not a Mama Goddess. Sigh.
Perhaps that is why my trophy hasn't arrived.

This is the kind of household repair job that men were created for. You must lure some unsuspecting chap into your house, then trap him and force him to complete this repair for you.
